1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Chat LLM platform ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the publisher of the Service.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use the Service only if you meet the requirements below. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least 13 years of age (or the age of digital consent in your country); the companion's mature content mode requires you to be 18 or older.
  • You provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
  • You will not create more than one account for the purpose of circumventing usage limits.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
  • Generate content that is harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of any person.
  • Attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the Service, or bypass its usage limits or security measures.
  • Use the Service to build a competing product or to train, retrain, or evaluate machine-learning models without authorization.

4. AI-Generated Content

The Service generates responses using artificial intelligence. You acknowledge the following:

  • Responses are produced by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate.
  • You must independently verify any output before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, or financial matters.
  • You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content, and for any content you submit to the Service.
  • AI output does not constitute professional advice and must not replace expert consultation.

5. Intellectual Property

The following terms apply to content and intellectual property:

  • You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service.
  • You grant the Service a limited licence to process your content solely to provide the Service to you, including transmitting it to AI model providers for inference.
  • The Service, its software, design, and branding are the property of the publisher and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription or credit purchase. The following applies:

  • Fees are displayed at checkout and are charged in the currency shown.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account; access continues until the end of the current period.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis in accordance with applicable consumer law; contact us for any billing issue.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any AI output is accurate or reliable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the publisher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we reasonably believe your use poses a risk to the Service or others.

You can permanently delete your account and data at any time from your profile settings (right to erasure, GDPR Article 17).

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts, subject to your mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
