What's included in the setup?

We install and configure OpenClaw, set up your messaging channels (Telegram, Discord), configure your AI provider API keys, and ensure everything is working before handing it over to you.

Do I need an API plan?

It's completely optional! You can use our API or bring your own keys from any AI provider (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). We recommend our API pricing and guide for the best experience, but you're free to use any provider you prefer. We can help you configure everything during onboarding.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes! You can change plans at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains yours. Complete privacy - nobody reads or checks what you do on your own instance. We will provide a full backup export before deletion if you decide to leave.
